The Kitiganwacheeng Health Care Inc. (KHSI) and its service organization follow the Community Health Plan that was completed in 2012 and updated during the 2015-2016 fiscal year. This plan sets out the path that the administration and the employees to follow in servicing the community.

Mission Statement
The Kitiganwacheeng Health Services Incorporation provides care to community members who struggle with physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual and/ or social needs. The organization supports the ability of community members to remain independent in their home community of Garden Hill.
