PURPOSE

  • To follow the procedures outlined in the Garden Hill Pandemic plan.

  • To address the effects of the virus in the community.

  • To monitor the people that enter the community.

  • To provide support services to the individual that are at self-isolating at the self-isolation site or at home.

Services

  • To interview people coming into Garden Hill at the airport.

  • To provide transportation services from the airport to the quarantine site.

  • Community Nurses assessment of each individual for symptoms and determine where each person will go

  • Provide personal support to people in quarantine at the elementary school

    • Meals

    • Medication

    • Hygiene supplies

    • Bedding and Linen

  • Offer traditional medication at elementary school and high school sites.

  • Prayer services provided each morning and evening.
